Born 09-07-1960 in San Fransisco.
Phillip Rhee is a great martial artist. He began training at the age of 4 and holds a 6th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, a 3rd degree Black Belt in Hapkido, and a first degree black belt in Kendo. His brother is Simon Rhee, a fellow actor, but also a great stunt coordinator. One of Phillip's trainers is the legendairy Jun Chong.
Phillip decided to follow his uncle's footsteps, who was one of Hong Kong's most prominent film directors.
He doesn't want to be just an actor or producer. He's determined to create a whole new movie industry, for all sorts of talents.
Besides an actor and martial artist, Phillip also produces, directs and writes. His fame started with the Best of the Best series. There are now four Best of the Best movies, and they are all great successes. He directed one of the movies, and produced all of them.
