In his scholar years he was already an athlete who -without any coaches- broke springboard diver records.
Later, watching Kung Fu he discovered his martial arts passion and started training, and did great.
Jeff is now a 6th degree black belt in Japanese Gojo-Ryu and a 6th degree black belt in American Kenpo Karate. He's also the founder of American Kenpo Karate Systems. In 1993 Jeff was inducted in the Black Belt Hall of Fame as the 'Instructor of the Year'.
Since little more then 10 years Jeff is an actor and is still famous for his best movie: The Perfect Weapon.
