Bio and martial arts background

Jeff is a great athlete. His fighting carreer began in his backyard where his father gave him his first boxing lessons. Now he's an expert in several sports, especially martial arts. He is trained in Karate, Kung Fu and has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. He won some championships: The Ontario Open and The North American Open.  Other sports of his were swimming and wrestling in which he holds titles.

He choose to become an actor and has since then appeared in many movies and series. Some thrillers, but mostly action movies in which he could show his athletic martial arts skills. He is most famous for his role in the Night Heat-series. Besides being an actor he is also a producer for some of his own movies.

His brother Michael is also an actor. Jeff currently lives in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with his wife.
