| Welcome! This site is dedicated to lovers of Bagpipes, Irish music, Hurling, Drink and most importantly.......... good craic. I play the Highland Bagpipes with the Tulla Pipe Band and the City of Limerick Pipe Band. I also have a huge interest in Irish traditional music as many of my close friends are accomplished players. Some of my favourite pipers include Willie McCallum, Roddy MacLeod and Angus MacColl. As for Irish trad groups/musicians I greatly admire Mike McGoldrick (flute), Martin Hayes (fiddle) and Dermot Byrne (box). Hope you enjoy looking at this "alternative" view of Irish and Scottish music. |
