At several Military Installations if not Hundreds and in the local communities, there is a serious environmental problem. The ground water is contaminated with cancer causing chemicals.
		Yes the problem is being dealt with to some extent. However that does not change the fact that thousand of people are still unaware of the dangerous problems that exist in the ground water even today as you are reading this.
