Jacques Cartier bears wonderfully ruffled, petal-packed roses of pure pink.  Nicely scented, the roses appear in three flushes during the blooming season.  The canes are well-covered with dark green foliage.
This rose will take some shade, but don't overdo it!  Resistant to powdery mildew, but can succumb to blackspot.  I'll choose carefully where I site this lovely old rose.
