     This tiny rose is making a good, albeit slow start in my garden. I enjoy its tiny red roses streaked with straw yellow at the base. The rose is rather tall-- about 1.5 feet in my garden this year, it's first.
      I'm intrigued that Lover's Only hails from Ireland as do some of my ancestors. You never know what sweet little bargain you'll find in the gardening section at Walmart, and that's where this rose came from.
       Miniature roses are fun! I am enjoying getting acquainted with the growth habits of these tiny gems and look forward to incorporating more of them in the landscape.
