While scouring the boxed roses at Frank's Nursery,  I was captivated by the lovely picture on the box labeled "Victorian Spice."  Jackson & Perkins has introduced this English-style floribunda rose for 2000.  Delicate blush pink buds gently open into perfect roses of the softest peach tint.  The lush blooms have the typical English rose appearance which is so utterly appealing.  The multitude of petals exude a rich, old rose scent.  Dark green foliage paints a perfect backdrop for these exciting roses.
