For the 12th year, the McLaren family will be converting their house, yard and garage into your Halloween nightmare and for the 7th consecutive year we will be accepting donations for our Halloween Charity Fundraiser (cash donations go to Vita Centre www.vitamanor.org. We also accept nonperishable items for the Eden Food Bank www.edenfoodbank.org.) You can drop off donations anytime starting October 1st.
The spooky window dressings, pumpkin carvings, graveyard, life size grim reaper, eerie torch lighting and creepy sounds all enhance the experience. Vict… er, children must EARN their treats by bravely entering the haunt through the castle doors and beware - very foggy, very dark and scary with strobe and black lighting. Watch out for the life like props, giant spiders, flying bats, dracula's coffin, ghosts and much, much more. NOT FOR THE YOUNG, PREGNANT OR FAINT HEARTED!
The tour only takes a few minutes, but the experience will last a lifetime.
Thank you for your continued support. In 2005 we raised $286 for Vita Centre and almost 200 pounds of food for the Eden Food Bank. Although we had more visitors in 2006, we only raised $90 and under 100 pounds of food. 2007 proved to be slightly better with $103 and 147 pounds of food. Even though we didn't open the maze in 2008, The Monster & I dressed up and greeted (frightened) 110 visitors. Thank you to our past supporters and we hope to see you in 2009.
