WELCOME -- to the Girl Scout Troop 2616 Website. We live in middle Tennessee in the Nashville area and meet three times a month. On our website we'd like to show other Girl Scouts and Girl Guides a little about our area of the country, our city and some of the interesting things we do in scouting. This past May Junior Troop 2616, along with a lot of others from our service unit, stayed at Camp Sycamore for three days and two nights for Camporee 2000 We got to do lots of interesting things - crafts, flag ceremonies, singing, campfires, color guard, made Tie Dyed t-shirts, played on the swinging bridge over Sycamore Creek, and had a Bridging Ceremony for several of our Girl Scouts. We had everyone from Daisies to Seniors at this years Camporee. We took lots of photos for our web site, over 200 in fact.
