5:45 P.M. - Update by Rae
My 18th Birthday is tomorrow. Yesterday Matt threw a surprise party for me. It was awesome. Everyone who came got a mini, two-song performance, including the revised version of Rented Memories. Pictures up in the Media Gallery. Also, Matt and I are currently working on recording our album with our good friend Travis. On top of that, since Matt is leaving in May, we are looking for an additional and/or replacement guitarist (we are certain we have found one, we just have to talk to him about it more in detail). Since I am leaving in August, things will be confusing as to how we are going to make this work, but we Will make it work. Also, we think we may be picking up a second vocalist who also plays the piano. She is awesome. I hope we can work things out soon so I can add two more names to the website =)

About Just Beneath
What happens when two people like to make music together? They make a band (most likely). Just Beneath is the acoustic child of the musical talents of Raechel Windham (vocals) and Matthew Meisenhelder (guitar). Not into the "biz" for the money or fame, we just like to play an instrument and perform, express our emotions through music.
