Ring A: 9-9 cl Rw

Chain a: 5-5-5-5-5-5-+st turn

Chain b: 7+7+8+8+9+9 join to base of ring A

Chain c: 10 join to picot of ring A with st

Chain d: 10 rw

Ring B: 7+7 (the join is into the picot of ring A) cl rw

Chain e: 7

Ring C: 7+7 (join is into picot of ring A) cl Do Not rw

Chain f: 7+ turn,

Ring D: 7 join to base of ring C, 7 cl turn

Chain g: 7

Ring E: 9 cl

Chain h 7+ (join into base of ring D)

Ring F: 7+7 cl (join is to junction of Ring C and chain c) rw

Row 1: ch 10, (rw R 9+9 rw ch 4-8+st8+4) repeat bold print twice rw R 9+9 rw ch 10 join into space at waist.  Cut and tie. (See diagram). This ends the first section.

Row 2: ch 10, (rw R 9+9 rw ch 5-8+st8+5) repeat bold print twice more rw R9+9 rw ch 10 join (see diagram)

Row 3: ch 12, (rw R 11+11 rw ch 7-9+st9+7) repeat bold print twice more rw R11+11 ch 12 join (see diagram)

The threads down the back of the skirt can be tied into bows for decoration.

Daffodils. Ring 1-2-2-1cl. Repeat this 5or 7 times. Tie and cut leaving about 4 inches of thread. Fasten a length of green thread under the cluster of rings. Tie flower thread again Cut flower threads close. Cut stems to about one and half inches.
