Jutta,
this, unfortunately, is wishful Kuhscheissen. The projective
power of
brain waves is not strong enough to go through space, and the low
frequencies
are prohibitive. The brain may be transmitted to, only by use of
higher
frequency "carrier waves", which carry the low frequency brain waves
which
were previously recorded. I may also be possible to transmit "live"
brain waves from one mind to the other, by use of a special
transmitter,
which takes the brain waves from the subject, connected by means of
electrodes, and routing them through a machine which superimposes the
waves
onto the higher frequency carrier waves, which must then be projected
by
"line-of-sight" by means of a directional signal, to the victim. A
person
like Cairn could not do this with his brain waves.
Cairn is probably a CIA disinformationist, unless
he is just a
victim
carrying out his programmed mission. Even his ability to put this
misinformation on the internet is suspicious, especially since he is
"leaning" on Carl and anyone else who will listen to him. I have been
playing a coy game with him, to see what his response will be, such
as
to try
to discount what I say, or to counteract it. Most true victims of
mind
control experimentation usually lack the focus and mental stability
necessary to conduct an internet program, unless they have undergone
careful
and tedious de-programming therapy. Otherwise, they would still be
programmed to carry out the mission for which they were programmed.
Methinks
Cairn tries to hard to create the impression of "victim-hood".
True "abductees" are nothing more than subjects
being unknowingly
victimized by government mind-control experiments. It is clear that
the
government programs are concentrating on narcoleptics, since their
symptoms
render them particularly useful, provided they have been pre-screened
to
exclude subjects like me, who won't swallow the lies. It appears that
the
main thrust of this experimentation is to see how much false effects
they
can be used to create in the public's perception, regarding the
non-existent "aliens" on earth. Where an alleged "abductee" has an
apparent
agenda to propagandize the covert "CIA party-line" regarding "aliens
however, his motives come into question, strongly suggesting witting
CIA
activity on his part.
Of course the "piloting alien technology" already
begs the
question,
presupposing the existence of alien technology, a lie. The only
questions in
my mind are:
1. Whether Cairn is an outright liar, out to establish
some sort
of fake
importance for himself; or,
2. whether Cairn is psychotic, subject to delusions;
or,
3. whether Cairn is a victim of mind-control
experimentation; or
4. whether Cairn is a witting false-propagandist,
working for
the CIA.
The premises that I reject outright, are that Cairn
is in fact
capable
of "remote viewing", or that he is capable thereby of "alien
piloting", or
that he is in fact an "abductee of aliens".
I would also like to know what the deleted messages # 10 and 11 were,
and
who posted them. If they were Cairn's, did he delete them before
anyone read
them? If they were not Cairn's, whose were they, what did they say,
and who
deleted them and why?
Like the usual sucker-plays, the idea is to draw
the suckers into
a
discussion with someone without questioning his assertions and
demanding
proof. Here is a person who has presented no evidence whatsoever that
what
he asserts is true, and here are all these people treating him like
he is a
reasonable person, which he obviously is not, since he at least
presents the
impression --- false or not --- that he sincerely believes what he
says.

Bill,
thank you for your fast, detailed and clarifying response. I did, in
fact, have
my suspicions about Cairn's exposition, precisely because he
seriously refers to
"alien technology". Your explanation, that the low frequencies of
brain waves
impose narrow limits with regard to "direct" transmission clears my
second doubt
about the "human-machine interface", as suggested by Cairn. - A word
on your
final observation regarding the purpose of this kind of "debates"
that are being
launched on the Internet: I agree with you on both points, that is,
1.,
deliberate disinformation, and 2., sustained distraction of people's
minds,
channeling them into unproductive activities (another, very effective
form of
mind control, I would say).
Thanks again and keep in touch,
