JWA:EWA HISTORY
In the year 2002, a man had a vision.  A vision to create the ultimate efed that would give everyone who entered it's doors, the chance of a lifetime to prove to all comers that they were the best, along the way, help the fed grow and become world reknown.  The original owner of JWA:EWA was originally in World Championship Wrestling Federation (WCWF) before JWA:EWA even was thought about.  There were plenty organizations under the JWA umbrella at the time, but the thought of Extreme Wrestling Action was not conceived until after several months of action within the ring of WCWF.

Once WCWF started to struggle with maintaining talent and with talent raids and other internal issues, the owner of WCWF, Brian Weller, decided to shut the doors of his creation.  With the talent of WCWF now without a home, the original owner of EWA decided to give running a fed a try.  He met a couple other guys who were in one of the JWA feds and together, they started JWA: Extreme Wrestling Action on a hosting site,
Avidgamers. There, JWA:EWA couldn't really promote it's product, due to avidgamers being such a poor host.  So the EWA owner had to do the unthinkable, he had to start raiding other feds, in the attempt to get talent to sign to him.  He even reached out to fellow WCWF talents and scoured other avidgamers sites for talent.  That's when he came across Bloodlust Wrestling Federation (BWF), and such talents that are well known in the annuals of JWA:EWA, as Brimstone, Twiztid Tequila Thomas (3T) and Tommy Polo.  One would guess they took the bait, because BWF was a dying federation without a promised show in over a month, so it was time for a change.

JWA:EWA started off pretty slow in the few week, with just a few members, so feuds were few to little.  Then talents like future World Heavyweight Champion, La-Z Bone, Locus, Kid Xtreme, New Jack, The Eastern Extreme, Original J, Mike Awesome, Solitude, and others joined, and JWA:EWA was off and running.  After the first month, it was time for Extreme Genesis, JWA:EWA's very first pay per view that was held in the JWA Arena, November 18, 2002.  Needless to say, Extreme Genesis did not disappoint as The Dynasty was born, combining the most powerful men in JWA:EWA, Tommy Polo, La-Z Bone, and The Eastern Extreme but that was not the problem.  The problem was that The Executioner of WCWF crashed the show, demanding to be respected and to have the former ?WCWF talent return to WCWF because the doors were going to reopen and that the owner of JWA:EWA had stolen from WCWF.  The talent of JWA:EWA did not want this "outsider", though he had himself signed to JWA:EWA, crashing the party, so the owner of JWA:EWA hired Cactus Jack to beat the living hell out The Executioner, piledriving him through a table on stage and sent him back to WCWF causing a small battle between the two federations.  Yes, WCWF had reopened it's doors after JWA:EWA had begun production, and yes, WCWF continued to run shows into late 2002, but in the eyes of the JWA:EWA owner, he did not raid or steal from anyone.  WCWF was dead and the talent chose to work for him.  But only a couple shows were televised before things went astray and this is when JWA:EWA closed it's own doors due to the owner not wanting to deal with the stress that comes with running a federation.  All the backstabbing, talent raids, and other issues caused him to quit, leaving the JWA:EWA talent without a home.  Some of the talent disappeared for good, some went back to WCWF, others retired.  JWA:EWA version 1 is now dead.

A while after JWA:EWA closed it's doors, a member reached out to the owner of WCWF and tried to make amends and hopefully work together someday because he says he's the new owner of JWA:EWA and he's moving the federation from avidgamers to a new host site,
Geeksoft.  Brian Weller, accepted the peace treaty, but vowed to never work with JWA:EWA due to the way things transpired over the past few months.  The new owner, made amends and move to Geeksoft, with an open invitation to Brian Weller to join someday.  Geeksoft was a hosting site that housed thousands of wrestling federations, where promotion is key to survival.  The person who now claims to own JWA:EWA went by the name Commissioner Omni Potent.  He took JWA:EWA to Geeksoft with the hopes of restarting the federation on new grounds and hopefully help the federation grow.  Geeksoft offered features that Avidgamers did not and it was all for the best.  With Geeksoft, JWA:EWA picked up new talent, such as Ladysman Noah Hanson and a few others.  But bad luck strikes twice, as Geeksoft was pulling the plug on it's hosting services only after one month on it's server and all federations would either move off the server or face extermination.  Commissioner Omni Potent had no choice but to ask the original owner of JWA:EWA for the keys to the JWA Arena so he could run shows there, meaning, move back to Avidgamers and face the rival WCWF once again.  When Omni Potent moved back to Avidgamers, Brimstone and Coleminer offered help in setting up the establishment with banners, logos and other graphics.  Now, JWA:EWA is starting to take form, then news hit that WCWF is going through yet another crisis and will have to shut down.  Omni Potent offered help to WCWF, but it was not accepted and WCWF died for good, never to reopen it's doors.  Some talent came back to JWA:EWA from WCWF, as others went on with their lives.  JWA:EWA version 2 is now in full effect but a move must be made from Avidgamers.

A couple months went by without crowning a new World Heavyweight Champion, due to the lack of championship material.  Commissioner Omni Potent explained that he was growing weary of running the federation alone and that he may have to close the door, yet again.  It was mere speculation, as shows went on as normal, but the number of signed talent was dwindling.  Before anything could be finalized, Commissioner Omni Potent quit, silently, as owner of JWA:EWA.  This is when Al Powers stepped in as acting Owner of the company and moved all activity to
Suddenlaunch, with the help of Brimstone.  Al Powers, formerly known as New Jack in the first run of JWA:EWA and hung around because he could feel that spark that this federation could actually go someplace if run correctly, took over all duties of running the federation.  So he picked up where Commissioner Omni Potent left off and that was to run the World Championship Tournament.  It was clear cut that the talent were all afraid of Brimstone.  He was decimating everyone in the ring and it was inevitable that has going to be World Champion for a very long time unless someone stopped him.  A four man tournament was held with The Invincible, Brimstone, Vengance, and the man who claimed he could stop Brimstone...........Abyss.  Vengance defeated The Invincible to move into the finals and awaited the winner of Brimstone and Abyss.  Abyss kept his word, as he defeated the once invincible Brimstone with a Tortured Soul Tombstone Piledriver from the top rope, through a table onto the concrete floor.  Now there is a new menace in JWA:EWA and his name is Abyss.  But Abyss had an attitude problem backstage and the political pressures caused Al Powers to force his hand and cause Abyss to lose the title match against Vengance.  This sent Abyss into an uproar and he was banished from ever wrestling in a JWA:EWA ring again.  JWA:EWA continued to run smoothly with Vengance as it's champion until he ran into Thug of Parental Advisory.  Vengance was soundly defeated by Thug and complained, blaming politics and other matters on his lose.  The constent pressures to successfully run Extreme Zone, the flagship show for JWA:EWA, and the upcoming program, Action Zone were beginning to mount on Al Powers.  To take some of the weight off his shoulders, Al Powers reached out and The Corpse grabbed hold and offered to help.  With the amount of talent that was signed to JWA:EWA and watching a creative idea by the WWF, Al Powers implemented the roster draft.  With this draft, the talent will be split evenly between the two shows to help lessen a crowded environment and to help some of the talent establish a name for themselves and not fall into the darkness of the undercard.  The Corpse's duties were to run Action Zone after this draft, and see to it that the show is run correctly, with shows being run regularly and on time.  The Corpse, along with his partner, Dark Halo, failed miserably, passing the duties to each other in running Action Zone and the show ceased operation, 2 weeks into it's premiere.  Again, JWA:EWA had a setback and a war broke out between Al Powers, JWA:EWA, The Corpse, Dark Halo and their associates.  A war that is very much silent to this day, but still felt throughout the e-wrestling world.  It should be water under a bridge, but it isn't.

With Action Zone talent without a home, they were placed on Extreme Zone.  In a way, Action Zone being canceled was a Godsend, because it helped some talent get better because they were facing more opposition than that of just one show.  From this point on, Extreme Zone was the home of all of JWA:EWA until a second draft was necessary due to the influx of talent on the roster.  With at least 30-40 members, it was time to resurrect Action Zone.  A second draft took place and along with this draft was a tournament for the World Television Championship.  The World Television Championship was going to be the second highest ranking title of Action Zone because Al Powers shocked the world when he unveiled the WCWF Hardcore Championship belt.  It was a title that Commissioner Omni Potent had somehow obtained from Magnum.  Magnum was so fed up with the way WCWF was run that he gave that belt to Omni Potent to do with it as he pleased.  Things are now getting interesting.

Al Powers is a business man and making executive decisions is what he does best.  He had been keeping an eye out on a small organization known as Winter Wrestling Association (WWA), run by Mr. Winter Sanderson.  WWA was a growing organization that was always looking for new talent to sign and that's when Al Powers stepped in and made Winter Sanderson and WWA an offer to merge with JWA:EWA.  Winter Sanderson was elated and decided to take Al Powers up on the offer.  The offer included entering four of WWA's top wrestlers into the upcoming JWA:EWA World Television Championship tournament against four of JWA:EWA's talent that were entered into the tournament as well.  But with the merger came problems.  WWA had a problem with keeping it's talent in place and most of them left the company before the merger was complete.  This threw a monkey wrench into the tournament, which caused it to be a majority JWA:EWA event won by Maddog.  The deal also included some of WWA's championship belts to be absorbed and others renamed for Action Zone.  Virus, who went to Pro Outlaw Wrestling (POW) and came back with both the Extreme 24/7 and Suckerpunch Championships.  He handed both titles over to Winter Sanderson to use for the merger of WWA with JWA:EWA.  The Extreme 24/7 Championship remains the same, as the Suckerpunch Championship was absorbed and became part of the Universal Championship.  Winter Sanderson would run Action Zone as if it's WWA and through a draft lottery, talent would be dispersed between Extreme and Action Zone.  Now with Action Zone back and running again, it was time to hold a match between the top four competitors on the show for the championship of Action Zone.  Al Powers shocked everyone when he named the former WCWF Hardcore Championship as the Action Zone Championship.  The four competitiors for the championship were, Hagar Hart, Red Crush, Batista, and Maddog in an Exploding Barbed Wire Board Match.  The four battled to where the title wasn't decided in just one match, it became a series of matches, with each person being eliminated, not participating in the next match.  The final two in this series of matches were Hagar Hart and Magnum, with Hagar Hart coming out victories and the very first JWA:EWA Action Zone Champion.  The WCWF title didn't keep it's name as it was absorbed into the WWA Championship to complete the merger, finalizing the name of the title to the JWA:EWA Action Zone Championship.  Unfortunately, Hagar Hart went through a state of depression and committed suicide, thus, vacating the title.  Due to a stipulation in the JWA:EWA/WWA merger, Vegito, who previously won an 8 man battle royal in WWA was declared the Action Zone Champion.  Now with both shows fully established, JWA:EWA was working like an well-oiled machine.  Though it has it's moments where controversy halts production, it's quickly smoothed out and all is well.

From time to time, trades are done between the two shows to give talent new opportunities to flourish on the show in which he/she was traded to.  These trades have worked wonders for those who took advantage of the new scenary, as they are now involved in new storylines and feuds that  broaden their abilities as a roleplayer and develop their characters.  This is the success that the WWE wish they could obtain with their roster movements, but it remains to be seen.

With the amount of talent that passes through JWA:EWA, it was suggested that a third show be added to accommendate the influx of talent.  The idea was tossed around then put into effect.  The summer of 2004, WarZone Underground was opened to all comers.  WZU, for short, would give the opportunity for those too anxious to square off against someone from the opposite show to do so, only if that person signed up.  If an already established member wishes to create and establish a new character, WZU is the place to do that.  WZU would also give rookies the chance to hone their skills without being beaten up as jobbers on either Extreme Zone and/or Action Zone.  WZU was developed to give the rookies a chance to win a couple titles and to develop their roleplaying skills.  In the form of house shows, WZU would not be run as normal as Extreme Zone and Action Zone.  It would have a weekly program, but no monthly pay per view.  Every once  in a while, an established talent from either major show will come down and 'test' someone whom the "trainers" feel may be ready for the big time.  If they have a good showing or win the match, that's good for their career and a place will be waiting on one of the two shows.  Once the "trainers" deem a talent ready to move up, the "trainers" will move the talent to one of the two major shows and place them in a storyline or feud to start them off.  If talent is not developing well enough on WarZone, then the "trainers" will suggest that the talent try harder, 'test' them, or seek employment elsewhere.  WarZone Underground will be the breeding ground for the future of JWA:EWA and the entire e-wrestling world.

The history of JWA:EWA is a story of trail, tribulations, trajedy, betrail, and drama.  All the ingredients to make a great alliance survive.  It's been many years and the foundation has yet to be shaken to the ground.  With dedicated talent and personnel, JWA:EWA will forever grow, regardless of what the haters say or try to do about it.  The future is bright for an alliance once thought to be a flash in the pan, failed experiment.  JWA:EWA has come a long way and will continue to go to where ever life takes us.
