We invite you to stay in our home for Notre Dame home football game weekends. We are proud of our 1906 three story Queen Anne Victorian house!
We offer three rooms with a two night (Friday and Saturday) minimum stay. The front bedroom (double bed) and family room (queen bed) are priced at $150/night with Direct TV and DVD/VCR and the guest bedroom is priced at $125/night (single daybed with single trundle).
We provide breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning. We generally serve a wonderful egg casserole and our Famous Eggs Benedict
We think our home is ideally located directly between the Notre Dame Stadium (3/4 mile) and Downtown South Bend (1/2 mile) where the College Football Hall of Fame and many of the famous Friday night home game restaurants and bars such as Fiddler's Hearth can be found.

In order to confirm your reservation, full pre-payment is required prior to arrival. Payments by personal check or money order only accepted payable to Denise Sullivan.
Our cancellation policy is a 75% refund if cancelled within 30 days of check-in; 50% if cancelled within 15 days of check-in; 25% refund if cancelled within 10 days of check-in; and no refund if cancelled within five days or less of check-in. We cannot be responsible for travel delays, health issues, inclement weather, or early departures.
Please confirm a mutually agreed upon check-in time 2-3 days before arrival. Check-out time is 11:00 am on Sunday unless other arrangements are made in advance of arrival.
Our home is a smoke-free environment. We also have family pets - one dog and two cats. Please consider this a notification in case of any pre-existing allergies. We are not equipped to accommodate children under the age of thirteen. Our accommodations provide one shared bath with shower and one half-bath. This reservation is non-transferable except by a prior approval.
