The Psalms were written by David HaMelech (King David). He led 

his life with joy, devotion and enthusiasm for Hash-m and for 

Torah. Throughout the ages his psalms have been read by those who 

seek respite from worry, problems & suffering.

119   This is the longest psalm and contains 174 verses. These 

verses are divided into 22 groups, each which can help to achieve 

a certain purpose.

25 - 32:  To save one's left eye

33 - 40:  To guard oneself from sin

41 - 48:  To make oneself feared by the powerful

57 - 64:  Against illness of the large intestine

65 - 72:  For the left kidney

73 - 80:  Against the hunch

81 - 88:  For the right nostril

89 - 96:  Against judgement

97 - 104:  Against pain from the right hand

105 - 112:  To go on a trip

113 - 120:  For all needs

121 - 128:  For pain in the left hand

129 - 136:  For the left nostril

137 - 144:  To destroy one's enemies

145 - 152:  For pain in the foot

153 - 160:  for pain in the right ear

161 - 168:  To terrify our enemies

169 - 176:  For pain in the left ear



Note:  Consider these divisions as being a psalm in itself and 

able to achieve healing. Only recite the verses that are 

concerned with the illness and not the whole psalm.
