We will start meeting again in August as Senior Girl Scouts now that we've bridged.  We don't have anything going on - except getting together to plan the year, after school starts.
Our meetings are going to be in restaurants this year, on the first Sunday evening of each month.  We will take turns picking the location - and know that this will be a fun new way to meet.
We will stay in touch this year via e:mail, website, and a new blog spot on the website, and of the all time favorite - texting!
We are not exactly a cyber-troop - but that may be the best way to stay in touch and make plans together for what we will be doing!
The new Program Keys we will be using are:
Discover - Connect - Take Action

We'll be using those keys to determine what we work on for our Community Service Hours, troop government, and all the rest of our fun stuff!
Girl Scout
Gold Award:
As a troop we've earned the Bronze and Silver Awards - and it's no surprise that now that we are a Senior Troop - we will start earning the "pre" requirements for the Gold Award.

The Girl Scout GOLD AWARD is the highest award in Girl Scouts, and as such will take a great deal of preparation.

While we have been able to work on projects as a group for the Bronze and Silver Awards,
it is recommended that Gold Awards be done individually - or in small groups.

We will be working on the early requirements for the award this year!  For more details on the Gold Award - click the Gold Award below!
