Think Black Woman
For Black women, the first on the agenda is
Think. Think about what you hear and see.
Beautiful Black women, stand up for what you
'conscious' living.
Than feel. Feel in your 'heart' what is it you
are all about. Be brave. Define yourself.
Question what people have told you, the rules,
religion, history, modern media, and society.
Always ask who does this benefit. Is what
ever it is good and beneficial for you, the
Black woman?
believe in, accept who you are, work for what
you believe is right, work against what you
believe is wrong. Beautiful Black women, know
that you do not 'necessarily' need a beautiful
Black man in your life to make you happy,
complete and fulfilled. ...Besides we out
number our beautiful Black men. Be complete
within yourself and 'reward' yourself for
being so.
