Boy George signed with an agency, Photographic Management Inc., and tonight it's throwing a party for him at Movida, a lavish new club in the West Village. Attending the celebration with him are Christine Bateman, his frequent sidekick, a designer who was the makeup artist for Taboo and is the sister of Leigh Bowery's widow, Nicole Bowery; and Bateman's good friend Eva Meinhof, a German dominatrix visiting from London. All three are in great spirits as they sit in the backseat of the car that is taking them to the club. Bateman teases George by saying he's not giving her enough room, while Meinhof talks about pursuing her profession in this country. "American men," she purrs in a heavy German-English accent, "they are so much more creative about what they want. I like that."
