						When I told my mum about Chessie,  she wasn´t rubbing her hands thinking,  Steven´s going out with the richest man  man n the world´s daughter´ ,  but she was pleased and excited.  I think it was probably because she hoped I was about to settle down with a woman rather than a man.  I never saw Chessie as a pound not either. Together,  we became one of the London´s most fashionable couples.  Stores  loved it when they saw us coming.  We would go to Vivienne Westwood´s shop in the King´s Road and empty it,  coming home with black bin-liners full of her latest collection.  We had a penchant for Yamamoto and Comme Des Garçons  -  and those suits don´t come cheap.  Vivienne was very tight with discounts, it was only through my friend Lisa who ran the Yamamoto shop that I got a discount. Sometimes she´d ring me up at the end of the day and say,  ´Hi Steve, the talkings are down today,  could you pop over ?´   They would close up the shop because my fans would spot me in full make-up and start following me around Knightsbridge.  I´d run into Lisa´s shop and she would quickly lock the door behind me.  Lisa´s bosses were incredibly tight though.  STEVE STRANGE - BLITZED
