Prevention and Healing
In
order to follow this diet, which consists of a four-phase healthy eating
program,
and
detoxation
you
must have the determination to see it through.
Many
culprits that encourage yeast growth in our systems are :
~Long
term antibiotic use, and additives of antibiotics in meat and poultry
~Health
foods that are loaded with brewers yeast
~Breads
made with yeast, white flour, breads and cakes
~Gluten
grains
~Dried
fruits, such as raisins, apricots, prunes, dates -are considered from the
mold groups
~Commercial
soups
~Alcohol
~Pickled
products
~Nuts
~Vinegar
~Melons,
mushrooms are considered mold groups
~Milk
products except yogurt
~And
more including fruits
As
I have said you must have the willingness and determination to follow this
diet.
The
timing for this diet is long.
Phase
ONE of this diet, is very restrictive and consists of meat / eggs / vegetables
/ yogurt.
And
Phase One last about 3- 4 weeks.
Phase
TWO is moderately restrictive and may be necessary for 3 - 4 months.
Phase
THREE is a gradual return to a normal eating program that lasts for 6 -
24 months, or longer.
Phase
FOUR basically unrestricted eating ( limiting processed
foods ) is continued
indefinitely.
The
main goal of this diet is to create a Healthier System, it has claimed
to help
patients
with MS, arthritis, lupus, hypoglycemia, and other untreatable llnesses.
This
4-Phase diet tends to normalize your body's weight, therefore if you are
over- weight,
you
will see the pounds rolling off.
If
you are under- weight you will see some pounds being added.
Some
programs also require the use of medicine, such as nystatin which
require
monthly
liver testing ( blood tests )
Some
people feel bad after the first few days on this diet, it is called the
"die off " period
where
yeast organisms break open and release their toxic cell contents.
You
can reduce your discomfort by drinking large amounts of purified water,
eating
more roughage such as crunchy vegetables, and taking more yogurt.
There
is a lot involved in this diet type so it is recommended to read more information
