A Perfect Picture-Seeing How It's The Opposite Chapter 8 Krys frantically searched the beach. “NICK!!!! LYN!!!!!” she yelled. Shit!!! I gotta find them she mumbled to herself. God, where could they be!!! “NICK!!!! LYN!!!!!! ANSWER ME RIGHT NOW!!!!” She scrambled over the rocks, and headed to the other side of the beach. “NICK!!!!!!!!!!!!! LYN!!!!!!!!” As she neared a huge sand dune she heard a scream. Oh My God!!!! NOOOOO…..she ran up as fast she could. “LYN!!!!!! ARE YOU ALRIGHT????? LYN!!!!!!!!” She stumbled to the other side and sighed with relief at what she saw. “Hey Krys!!!” Lyn said with a smile. “Oh THANK GOD YOU’RE ALRIGHT!!!!!” “Krys!!! What’s wrong???” “I heard a scream, and thought something had happened to you!!!!” “Oh I’m sorry, Nick just scared me half to death, he left me when I wasn’t looking and just startled me!!” “Ok, well let’s go back to the house RIGHT NOW!!!!!” Krys ran over to Lyn and pulled at her, “Come on Lyn!!!! It’s not safe!!!!!” “What are you talking about Krys???” Nick asked, “I’m right here, she’s perfectly safe!!” “NO SHE IS NOT NOW LET’S GO!!!! Krys and AJ watched them pull out of the drive way, “I’ll call you tomorrow Lyn!” Krys yelled out. ~With Nick and Lyn~ Lyn looked over at Nick, “What’s on your mind?” “Nothing, really, just thinking about stuff.” “Care to share?” “Not right now, but I promise you I will later!” he said squeezing her hand tightly, he kissed it and smiled. “I love you Lyn, just know that ok?” Lyn laughed, “I love you too, and I know.” ~AJ and Krys~ Krys jumped as she walked in the house to find Ashley and Brenton still there. “I thought you guys left!!!” “No, is Nick still around?” “No, him and Lyn just left.” “Oh ok, well the party suc…I mean the party was great Krys! See ya!” Ashley said pulling Brenton out the door. That bitch has got to go, Krys thought to herself. As he carried her down the beach, clothes were flying everywhere. “AJ!!!!!!!!!!” Krys screamed as she felt the cold water splash against her. “IT”S TOO COLD!!!!!!” AJ merely laughed. “Come on Krys, it’s not that bad, besides I’ll keep you warm!!!” he said with a devious smile. He suddenly dropped Krys in the water. “AJ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Krys quickly stood up shivering. “Damn Krys, you look good wet!!!” AJ laughed. “ha ha ha, funny boy!” she said while trying to hit him. She stumbled and fell. “Awe, my poor baby, come on Kryssy!” AJ picked Krys up and as he carried her he stumbled. He fell right on top of her. “Ok AJ, OFF NOW, IT”S TOO COLD!!!” “Hmmm…..No way!!!” He murmured, he slowly started to kiss her. “I’m in the perfect position plus you’re about to get warm!” he said with a devilish grin. Before she could utter another word, she felt AJ kiss her down the neck. “hmmmm…..” Krys moaned. Krys looked up into the starry night and smiled as she let AJ work his magic……. ~The next day~ Nick woke up to a scream. He got up to find Lyn crying in the corner. “Sweetie, what’s wrong??” Receiving no response, Nick quickly rushed to Lyn’s side. “Lyn, baby, tell me what’s wrong!” Lyn pointed to a stack of papers next to her. Nick carefully picked them up. His eyes grew wide at what he saw. Pictures of him and Lyn together. He picked up a particular stack which contained a picture and letter. He looked at the letter carefully. “Watch the clock! Cause your time is almost up! And I will win the grand prize! The beautiful Nick and all he desires!” Nick picked up the picture stapled to it. It was of him and Lyn, taken not to long ago, hugging each other and smiling. But there was a slight alteration. Lyn’s happy face was torn. He laid them down carefully not knowing exactly what to think except that Lyn had to stay safe no matter what. His life depended on it. ~Tori and Kevin’s house~ Krys paced the room nervously as AJ tried to calm her down. “Krys you need to calm down!” “How the hell can I calm down after Nick’s call!” She shook away from AJ’s grasp as she heard a car approach. Running to the window, she sighed with relief as she saw Nick and Lyn coming up the walkway. “OH GOD THANK GOD YOU ARE ALRIGHT!!!!!!!!! Krys yelled, hugging Lyn as soon as she stepped in. “I’m….I’m fine Krys….” She replied in a bare whisper. “What’s wrong??” Krys asked with fear in her voice. “Watch the clock! Cause your time is almost up! And I will win the grand prize! The beautiful Nick and all he desires!” “What the HELL is she talking about Nick?” “That’s what the letter that was left said……someone’s out to kill Lyn….out to take her place….” He said sadly, tears falling from his eyes. “Oh baby, don’t cry…I’m not going anywhere.” Lyn replied hugging him. Hoping her in heart that she was right. “I love you Lyn…..you’re the only thing I want for the rest of my life….if I lost you I don’t know what I’d do….” “I love you too Nick….I love you too….” Tori’s eyes flared with anger at the thought of the person doing this. Her heart went out to Nick and Lyn, they loved each so much and deserved to be happy. “I want you to give me everything you got this morning.” Krys demanded. Nick handed her the paper bag with all the pictures and the letter. “It’s all there….” Krys took everything out and examined them Hannah gasped as she looked through the photos. “Whoever this is…..is deranged…….” She whispered as she stopped at one photo that had Lyn circled and the words “die bitch” by it. “You need to call the cops Nick…” Kevin reasoned, “before this gets way out of hand.” “I’m afraid to though, if I do what if she goes straight after Lyn and hurts her or even….” His lip trembled and his body shook at the thought, “even kills her….” He held tightly to Lyn’s hand, “I can’t risk it Kev, if I lose her…I’ll die….” “Then what are you going to do? Let this person continue to play games till Lyn finally gets hurt? You need help! You need to contact the police…” “I can’t Kev, there’s too much at stake, my whole life is at stake….” Nick replied looking at Lyn. Kev was about to respond when they heard a loud banging at the door…… |
