Peas and Carrots Chapter 26 "Oh my gosh!! Andrea! Did you see that?!..............Andrea?...Andreaaaaa!!!" Nick said, since he was totally into the movie. I had fallen asleep during the movie, my head was rested on Nick's shoulder...not to mention I was snoring. Nick started giggling, he quietly moved from under my head and walked into the kitchen. Nick came back out with some whipped cream (the kind in the can...lol), he quietly tip-toed to me and sprayed some on my hand, he was just about to do my other hand, when I woke up, he scrambled to put the can away. "What are you doing?...How long have I been asleep?" I said half asleep, and that's when I decided to rub my face with my hand and wipe the sleet from my eyes... "Uggghhh!!!!! What the hell?!!!! Nick!!!!!! What did you do?!!!!!!" I cried out, screaming at him. He just broke down and started laughing on the floor,"It was just...*Laugh*...ha ha, a joke...*Laugh* Got'cha!!" he tried to say in between laughs. "I've got...this...this STUFF, all over my face!!! What is it?" I asked demandingly. "It's just whipped cream...chill...*Laugh." he said as he handed me a towel. After I had finished cleaning off my face from the whipped cream, I walked up to Nick, acting like I was so tough...I "bravely" walked up to Nick and with all my strength, I gave him a dinky little punch in the stomach. "Oh c'mon Andrea...you can do better than that!!" he said and gave me a push on the shoulder. "Don't push me!! You little...little, FART!!" and I took a pillow from the couch and slapped him with it, and without hesitation...ran off like a coward...hee hee. I ran all the way into his room and tried to close the door on him, but off course he's a lot stronger than I am, so he simply pushed it open, so I ran and hid under the covers under his bed. "Gee...I wonder, where's Andrea at?" he said sarcastically. "Oh shut up...where else is there to hide in your room...huh?" I snapped at him as I pulled the covers tightly over my head. "C'mon Andrea come out...pleeeeaassseee!!! I won't hurt you...[giggle]" he pouted as he continuously tugged on the comforter. Finally he stopped tugging, and suddenly it was quiet. I hesitated to pull the covers down, afraid that Nick was still in the room. I layed there for 2 more minutes just in case. I finally pulled the covers down...no Nick...I waited for Nick to just jump out and scare me, but he didn't...where could he be? I stepped out of his bed and walked to the doorway and looked to see if he was hiding somewhere near the doorway...nope still no Nick "Where could he be?!!!" I said to myself. "Nicky?! This isn't funny...come out" I tried to call out without waking up Aaron or Jane, or something. I froze...I heard a rustling noise coming from downstairs...I started to walk backwards, towards Nick's room. I stopped once more, "Nick?!" I was getting goosebumps now. I thought of the movie we just watched (well I watched part of it...ha!) "I know what you did last summer," that gave me more goosebumps, I had that feeling, you know, like you feel like someone's just gonna come out and grabbed you. I felt uncomfortable, so I gave up and went back into Nick's room to wait for him to get tired of hiding from me and just come back. Well I waited and waited for about 15 minutes...he still didn't come back. I shrugged it off, cause I was too tired to get up and looked for him.....in his own house!!! So I layed on his bed and fell asleep.The next morning, I woke up in Nick's room, on his bed. I got up and circled his room, I had been expecting to see him sleeping in the top bunk or something, but no Nick!!! I was actually getting worried, so since it wasn't dark, I walked downstairs to see if he was down there...*Laugh...sure enough there he was curled up underneath the table in the Dining room. I woke him up by saying, "Awww...how cute!!!" "What took you sooo long!! How come you didn't find me?" he asked as he noticed he was still under the table. "I was scared to go downstairs!!!" I confessed. "Wha...*laugh...you? For what...or should I say of what?" he said not convinced of my reason. I stood there smiling. I didn't want to tell him why I was scared...if I do, I'd never hear the end of his constant teasing. I could tell he was actually waiting for an answer... "C'mon...I'm hungry." I said, changing the subject, I took his hand and dragged him into the kitchen. "Where's your cereal at?" I looked at him...he was looking at me funny, I stared at him back... "What?..." he said breaking the silence. I had noticed his beautiful blue eyes...again...but I couldn't help staring at them. Anyways, he was staring at me first! "Nothing...you were the one staring...Mr....uhh...Mr. Drooler!!!" I tried to make up a name, but I couldn't find the right one, so I came up with a corny name. "What are you talking about?" he said, giving me weird looks. "That!!!" and I pointed to the drool marks on the side of his face. I started laughing at him, but then he started to give me this pouty look, and I just couldn't resist it. "OOOOHHhh, ok...I'll leave you alone now." and gave him a little hug, "Now...will you tell me where you keep your cereal...I'm starving!!" I asked unpatiently, as I kept opening and closing all of his cabinets, creating a racket. "It's in there." and pointed to the cabinet near the fridge. I poured myself a bowl of Lucky Charms! And Nick came up behind my and set his bowl on the table next to my bowl. "Here you go....[grin]." "Uh Uh!!! Nooooo!!! You pour your own bowl Mr......I'm not your servant!" I said giving him my little attitude, as I sat down and ate. After we ate breakfast Nick and I decided to see if we could go out to see a movie in theaters or I'd make him go to the mall with me...either one...hee hee.Next: Chapter 27 |
