Lost Dreams Chapter 15 He could hear somebody call his name. He felt something wet and warm pressed against his lips. 'Drink Howie.' He opened his mouth and the warm fluid tingled on his tongue. 'Drink it Howie.' His hands moved up and his eyes opened. He took the wrist that was pressed against his mouth in a strong grip. Nina gasped when she felt his firm grip. He drank from her wrist like a little baby. 'Pull him back.' Moaned Nina. Howie felt two pair of strong hands pull him back. He looked around the room. He felt weird and the next moment he collapsed to the ground. His whole body was in pain. 'What is happening?' He whispered. Nina took a step back. 'You are dying.' 'But…' His body went into spasms. 'Make it go away.'Aaron rested his head in his hand. He had known Jess for a week but he thought she was a blast. She made him forget the nightmares he had. And now she was one of them. ~Please forgive me Aaron. ~ 'Go away. I have to find Hannah.' A slim teenage girl showed up from behind a computer. 'You can't find me in a computer.' Aaron looked up. 'What are you on about?' The girl stepped into the light. 'I am not suppose to contact you but I had to see you.' Aaron turned pale. 'Hannah?' The girl nodded. 'I've been looking for you for ten years.' 'I know.' Aaron got up and walked to her. 'Are you one of them?' He asked with a shaky voice?' 'No, I live with them but I am not one of them.' Aaron wrapped his arms around Hannah. 'I knew you weren't dead.' Hannah started crying. 'I've watched you for all those years and god only knows how much I wanted to touch you.' Aaron lifted her chin. 'I am here now.' Hannah smiled through her tears. 'I have to go. If I am not back at 12 you will get some visitors.' Aaron leaned forward and softly kissed her. 'Promise me you will be back.' Hannah nodded. 'I'll be back.' She turned and walked away from him. Aaron sat down on his chair again. He had found Hannah. He grabbed his bag and ran home. 'Mum, mum.' Aaron pushed open the kitchen door. His mother sat at the kitchen table and looked up with teary eyes. 'Mum what is wrong?' 'Sit down Aaron.' Aaron dropped his bag on the floor and sat down next to his mother. 'What is wrong?' 'They found a suicide note in Howie's house and they can't find him anywhere.' Next: Chapter 16 |
