Profile:
I started my career with Saatchi & Saatchi in 1982 in a Public Relations role on the BA account. My introduction to recruitment began in 1985 when I joined Intertech at its inception and became Account Manager for the IT Contract market.
I joined The Allison Partnership in 1990 where I worked as a Senior Search Consultant for 5 years focusing on IT permanent recruitment within the financial market. I handled advertising campaigns for blue chip financial institutions covering positions from developer through to I.T. director and CEOs.
In 1996, I joined JM Management Services as a Senior Search Consultant again working with financial institutions with an IT focus covering major campaigns and executive search assignments.
In 1997, I left to set up my own company focusing on Executive Search covering IT, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Aeronautical and the Recruitment to Recruitment market.
In 2001, my husband and I relocated to the South of France and I initially worked for Airbus in Toulouse on a fixed term assignment assisting them in recruiting aeronautical specialists for the new A380 project. This project was very successful and I recruited 68 candidates into permanent positions.
More recently I have been working on a wide range of research assignments as a Freelance Research Specialist working very succesfully on a remote basis supporting UK based Search Consultancies.
