Slave Attire
Female slaves in Kassau wear a garment made of soft white wool called a kirtle. It is a tunic type of dress. Kirtles are open in the front to reveal a girl's curves and cleavage. The kirtles worn in Kassau have been shortened from the original version so the lower hem comes to about mid thigh. Male slaves (thralls) also wear white wool, in the form of a tunic.
The pale color of the garments in no way reflects the training status of a slave or her availability for sexual service as all Kassau slaves wear the same, no matter what level or restrictions they carry. All slaves will wear "tags" that will clearly spell out their restrictions (if any) and their training status. These are explained below.
Silks for dancing or evening service may be worn by slaves in Kassau. They come in a variety of colors and are usually provided by the Village or individual Frees. These silks can also be given to a girl as a reward. Dress silks and/or rewarded clothing will not be worn while doing chores as they are for evening service and special occasions.
Avatars worn will be fitting to each slave's level and restrictions. Kassau slaves will show their avatars to Lady Chloe for approval. Privately owned girls will show theirs to their Owner. If a Village girl has a "questionable" av on it should be brought to Lady Chloe's attention as soon as possible so She can deal with it.
When in Kassau and visiting other Homes, slaves will wear all tags indicating training and restrictions. No exceptions! Kassau slaves will learn the meaning of the silk colors for other Homes, but those designations mean nothing in terms of a slave's training or use status in the Village. It WILL be important, however, for a Kassau slave to be able to recognize the significance of another slave's status in their Camp/Village/City to be able to interact well with them.

Slave training/use tags in this Home are as follows, and apply to all slaves of Kassau, those in Private and in Village collars:
Training Level Designations
These tags are used to show what training level a slave serves at. Also marked on these tags will be the designated "tracks of service".
* =New slave, not yet evaluated by Lady Chloe or a trainer to determine their skill level. These slaves do not serve at all but, study the training materials and learn their way around their new home. Lady Chloe will evaluate them as quickly as possible or have the slave assigned a trainer to do so, and place them in the appropriate category. Given their newness to the home, these slaves are oftn granted slightly more room for error than most slaves but, promptly corrected just the same.
*kettle* =A kitchen slave, kept busy in the servery under the guidance of Jarl Capone. These slaves do not serve in the Hall unless absolutely necessary, and then, it is to be only harta service. (quickly done) Kettle slaves will instead spend the majority of their time cooking, cleaning in the servery, helping serving bond-maids deliver orders, and running errands for Capone. Kettle slaves do not have time to flirt and 'fur'. If they would be 'taken' it would be by a man's will and not due to the slave seeking such out. There is no lengthy test to obtain this status but, the slave might be quickly quizzed on basics, like laws, rules, members, etc. Training here first focuses on the duties in the servery and within the hall and village, with instruction on tending the various tasks assigned, as needed. Once kettle girls have tended their work in the servery and completed their kettle training, they may begin studying/training for Beginning level service, as time in their work and as their desire to "move up" permitted. Kettle slaves can beg Jarl Capone to let them practice their serving skills when he's in need of something. Discipline here is as strict as it is for any bond-maid, as the laws, rules, etc should be known and followed.
*work slave* =A slave who's daily goals revolve more so around work than serving specific free people. Work slaves are not permitted to serve in the Hall, unless directly asked to do so. Those designated as work slaves will focus their attention on the tasks in their assigned area of work. Thralls automatically fall in this category until they've well proven themselves and their 'gentleness', before they are permitted in the company of ladies. Thralls will normally be assigned to work in areas such as the pastures, the docks, the warehouses, and the mill. Female work slaves could be assigned to the pastures, as well as, the gardens and the laundry shed. Work slaves do not have time to flirt and 'fur'. If they would be 'taken' it would be by a man's will and not due to the slave seeking such out. Like the kettle status, there's be only a small quiz administered to be sure the slave knows the basics of the home to be able to properly fuction within and the role. Training here is the most minimal. If instruction is needed in order for a work slave to tend some task, it's be given. Otherwise training to increase in status is only be offered to those slaves that prove their worth through their work and attitude. If allowed to train further, a work slave should tend studies and training sessions as their work permitted until it was time to test for Beginning level. Work slaves are given no leeway for laziness or disruptive behaviors and are held to the same rules, like the other slaves.
~Beginning~ =A slave new to Gor or to the Village, still learning the basics of service and the rules in Kassau. These slaves will be given some measure of leeway for error, up to the tolerance of the Frees who are present in terms of service. A ~Beginning~ slave will, however, be quickly corrected on any error that they may make, so that they will not repeat it, and errors in the areas of obedience or for issues of disrespect will not be tolerated, even for beginners. ~Beginning~ slaves will also be given an opportunity to 'try their skills' on a regular basis, with the understanding that their service may not be as polished as a slave who has been serving longer. Those in ~Beginning~ level of service will not be sold, unless they are determined to be unable to meet the standards of service of the Village. Any slave who fails to continue to meet the requirements for designation as a ~Beginning~ slave, or who becomes unpleasing in the eyes of the Jarl, Lady Chloe or (for Private collars) their Owner will have that designation stripped away, and will be set at the level that their service/behavior best represent. A ~Beginning~ slave who does not show an aptitude for learning the rules and behaviors of Kassau is subject to sale to Slavers or at auction, and if sold in this manner, they may not be purchased and brought back to Village.
~Intermediate~ =A slave who has completed the training up to the intermediate level of skills and positions. These slaves will display a measure of individuality in the style of service, and will show an understanding of the rules and the more complicated services in the areas in which they are able to serve. ~Intermediate~ slaves will be fully knowledgeable of both the slave rules and the rules governing different types of service. They will know the meanings of the Village collar tags, and be able to provide proficient examples for new slaves who enter the Village. Slaves trained to the ~Intermediate~ level may be sold to private collar, if the sale is to the benefit of the Village. If a slave is sold at the ~Intermediate~ level, additional training to Advanced may be purchased from the Village, provided that the slave meets all of the other requirements of that additional training.Any slave who fails to continue to meet the requirements for designation as an ~Intermediate~slave, or who becomes unpleasing in the eyes of the Jarl, Lady Chloe or (for Private collars) their Owner will have that designation stripped away, and will be set at the level that their service/behavior best represent.
~Advanced~ = These slaves will have a definite flair and style all their own in every aspect of their service. These slaves will show a high commitment to their Owners (if privately Owned) as well as to Home. A slave who has obtained ~Advanced~ designation will be a slave to be emulated by new slaves, and will often be called upon to assist new slaves entering Kassau to learn the ropes. ~Advanced~ slaves will have a wide reporatory of positions from which to draw in order to be pleasing, and will show an ability to be creative in a high degree when serving Frees of the Village. These slaves will take initiative in supporting Kassau through frequent, productive attendance in Home, and will display a high commitment to quality service in everything that they do. Slaves may be sold to private collar at the ~Advanced~ level, if the sale is beneficial to Kassau. Any slave who fails to continue to meet the requirements for designation as an ~Advanced~ slave, or who becomes unpleasing in the eyes of the Jarl, Lady Chloe or (for Private collars) their Owner will have that designation stripped away, and will be set at the level that their service/behavior best represent.
Tracks of Service
A slave of Kassau will be trained in the following 'tracks' of service. Tag designations will note what services a slave is allowed to offer a Free Person.

Restriction Tags
These tags will be used to identify which slaves may be used sexually by a Free Person, other than their Owner. While a slave might be allowed input on their restriction status, such is not mandatory and an Owner can tag their slave as they see fit.
~Unrestricted~ - Able to be used (usually for a fee) for sexual service
~Restricted~ - Unavailable for sexual service except to the owner.
~Owner's Permission~ - Only available for sexual use if on the Owner's 'approved' list or with the Owner's express permission.
~V~ - Virgin slaves will be in a chastity belt and unavailable for sexual service. Keys are held by the Jarl ONLY.
~FWs~ Free Woman's slave (NEVER available for sexual use) It should be noted that not ALL slaves of FW need to be in this particular tag. It's the Owner's choosing.

This girl, claire, is in Taltos' private collar. She is the first girl on her Jarl's chain of slaves and is also a bond-maid trainer in Kassau. Trained to an ~Advanced~ level, she is authorized to serve food and drink only, and may never be sexually used by anyone other than her Owner.
Pet names and special phrases can be added to a slave's avatar. By no means, are they to be added to the login tags that a bond-maid/thrall is required to wear. Each slave should have tags that are no longer then 4 lines as shown above. Those that fail to comply and do not enter the room with proper tags will be asked only once to fix them. After that the slave in question will be disciplined.
