Katäri Brown Self-Introduction

My name is Katäri Brown. For sticklers of pronunciation or the simply curious, my first name rhymes with "canary." If you'd like to know more about my namesake, you'll find some links through St Kateri Parish.

I'm a psychologist, and I currently work at the VA Medical Center in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, working with veterans dealing with issues including homelessness, addiction and sexual trauma. I practice yoga and meditate in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. I like to write and perform music, juggle, paint, ride my motorcycle, do astrological readings, and dance ballrom and swing. I play the fife with New Ark Colonial Fife and Drum Corps based in Newark, Delaware. Languages are a passion for me, including Japanese, French, Esperanto, and Spanish. I have acted throughout Michigan - the state of my birth - foremost with Mystery Visits and The Victorian Villa Inn's production company in Union City, Michigan.
