Ben Affleck is brought into the CIA as an expert on new Russian president Nemerov. He is brought in by William Cabot (Freeman), who is a respected expert in the CIA.
The movie begins with a shot down plane in Israel that contained a nuclear weapon. The weapon is then later found by diggers who sell it to a billionaire. The billionaire takes it into his own hands with a decision to get the U.S. and Russia against each other.
Sum of All Fears is an action packed movie. The movie has a small romantic plot, but probably not enough to get a woman to watch the movie. A strong performance from Freeman and a very good acting job by Affleck make the movie worth watching.
