No, I do not own this coin (for almost a thousand reasons)...but this is a very fine example of the same coin. Tiberius; 14-37 AD. Denarius, Lugdunum, 3.74g. BM-48, RIC-30, C-16. Rx Liva seated I. holding scepter and branch, single line below throne. From Harlen J. Berk; ($975)
Dealers I have done business with:
Azes II, 20-1 B.C.; Trtradrachm, 8.94g; Mitchner 6 type 848; Northeastern Provence. Was Azes II one of the Magi?
I do not own this coin, this type is on my want list. The infamous 30 Pieces of Silver, Tyre, Phoenicia, 69-68 B.C.; Shekel (tetradrachm). Sheckels of Tyre were the only currency accepted at the Temple, therefore this is most likely the coins paid to Judas for his betrayal.
Constantine I, 330-337 AD. I picked up a rather poor example of this coin at an antique shop (not pictured). Obverse, draped bust of Constantine I; reverse two soldiers holding spears, leaning on shields, standard between them. My first coin to attribute.
Elymais, Kamnaskires VI. 1st - 2nd Cent. AD. AE TYetradrachm. Diademed bust of King I.; star and crescent above anchor in field ro r. Rv. Degenerated hd. within inscription. Sear, Greek Imperial 5888-9. This is an interesting coin both Biblically as well as Astronomically. Elymais was the biblical kingdom of the Elamites. The star and crescent may depict a lunar occultation - either Venus or Jupiter?
