I just had to come here to honor the memory of my beloved cousin, Sgt. Billy Eugene Hughes II (Nicknamed Bubba by his family). I was just a kid when he gave his life so that others might be free....but my memory of such a sweet person will be with me forever! Bubba was so very young and had so much life that he should be enjoying presently....probably would be a grandpa now...yet, he lives with Jesus in heaven looking down upon his family smiling! Bubba...you are loved and remembered by your family and friends...Thank you for being so brave at 19 years of age....You are my hero and I consider you an "Angel" for the contribution you gave (your life) for our country's endeavor that freedom should prevail.......God Blessed Our Family By Granting Us Your Existence..Even Though Such A Short Time! With Loving Memory, Your Cousin,Karon Chafin Saturday, April 19, 1997 at 10:50:03 (MDT) - From "The Wall" Guestbook
