"We live by faith, not by sight."
II Corinthians 5:7

Almost there

Welcome friend! If you don't know it yet, I am a Christian. I have accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for all. We are sinful, but Jesus took our place on the cross and washed all our sins away with the blood He shed. Only through Jesus Christ can we be whole and forgiven. Jesus has done so much for me. He can do even more for you. I hope and pray that this page will be of help to you in your search of truth in life. Jesus loves you and He wants you to be happy. If you are searching for truth. Search no longer, Jesus is what you are searching for.

JesuS
THE WAY, THE TRUTH, THE LIFE!

What is Christianity?

"Man's sin against God posed a problem for God. How could He remain holy and just and at the same time forgive the sinner and allow the sinner into His presence? God's ineffable purity cannot tolerate sin. He is of purer eyes than to behold evil. How, then, can the righteous God deal in a just way with the sinner and at the same time satisfy His own compassion and love in saving him from doom?

The answer is found in Jesus. Jesus came as our beloved Savior and died on the cross on our behalf. Jesus our Savior gave himself as a ransom for all men. Those who believe in Him are forgiven of their sins and their relationship with God is instantly restored."
--Ron Rhodes--

"Christianity is not devotion to work, or to a cause, or a doctrine, but devotion to a person, the Lord Jesus Christ."--Oswald Chambers

"Christianity isn't only going to church on Sunday. It is living twenty-four hours of every day with Jesus Christ."--Billy Graham

"Christianity is not the acceptance of certain ideas. It is a personal attitude of trust and devotion to Jesus Christ."--Stephen Neil

"A Christian is, in essence, somebody personally related to Jesus Christ."--John R.W. Stott

a poem by Hyan,

Foxes have holes
Birds have nests
But he Son of Man
Has no place for His head to rest
To follow Christ
Is no easy road
Great is the burden
And heavy is the load
Whatever it takes
Do not count the cost
Give up all you have
To carry your cross
The harvest is plentiful
the workers are few
Many are needed
To reap in God's field.

from the writings of C.S. Lewis,

"There is no safe investment. To love at all is to be vulnerable. Love anything, and your heart will certainly be wrung and possibly be broken. If you want to make sure of keeping it intact, you must give your heart to no one, not even an animal. Wrap it carefully round with hobbies and little luxuries; avoid all entanglements; lock it up safe in the casket or coffin of your selfishness. But in that casket-safe, dark, motionless, airless- it will change. It will not be broken; it will become unbreakable, impenetrable, irredeemable. The alternative to tragedy, or at least to the risk of tragedy, is damnation. The only place outside Heaven where you can be perfectly safe from all the dangers and perturbations of love is Hell.
