Keri: "I... I didn't think that you would be here. I just... I just came by to drop something off with your mother."

Antonio: "I'm just closing up for her."

Keri: "By candlelight?"

Antonio: "Power went out. So, what... what are you dropping off?"

Keri: "I..."

Antonio: (He reads her card aloud) "'I just wanted you to know what a huge difference you've made in my life. I didn't know it was possible to feel this way about someone.' Thank you, Keri."

Keri: "I wrote that before we had that last problem with my father. I'm sorry. It's okay, you don't have to say anything."

Antonio: "I don't think I could if I tried."

Keri: "I knew this was a mistake." (She begins to walk away)

Antonio: "No. Don't leave."

Keri: "Why not?"

Antonio: "Because, I think I love you."

{Scene ends}

Keri: "You think you love me? I never expected to hear you say that? I... I didn't even expect to see you tonight."

Antonio: "I didn't think I'd ever see you again. When you walked away with RJ...What is it with you?"


Keri: "What do you mean?"

Antonio: "I used to be sane, logical. I mean, I would never get involved, not.. no way, not.. not now, not ever, not.. and then.. you happened."

Keri: "I made you lose your sanity?"

Antonio: "Totally. And my heart. All I think about is you. All I want is you.. to be with you, to hold you, to kiss you."

Keri: "I'm right here. And that's all I want, too."

Keri: "I can't believe that you just said everything I was feeling."

Antonio: "Well, until I read that Valentine, I thought maybe it was just me."

Keri: "Oh, you can't be serious. You never noticed the way I looked at you?"

Antonio: "Well, I couldn't be sure..."

Keri: "Or the way I acted when you touched me or kissed me?"

Antonio: "You definitely got my hopes up. But then RJ Came into the picture."

Keri: "It broke my heart the way you two went at it every time you crossed each other's paths. I kept saying to myself, 'See, Keri, you knew it was too good to be true'."

Antonio: "No, no, that's not true. Don't say that, ever. It's not too good to be true."

Keri: "No, it's not."

Antonio: "You, on the other hand, may be too good for me and you may be a lot more than I deserve."

Keri: "Don't say that..."

Antonio: "But I know what I feel is real, is true, and I don't want anyone to ever come between us again."

Keri: "Then they won't."

Antonio: "Good. Because I love you."
