KICK 66 is a grass-roots umbrella organization of groups (such as the Sierra Club, Kentucky Heartwood and the National Speleological Society, etc.), individuals and businesses formed to fight against I-66 construction. ABOUT THE ARTIST Ray Harm is an internationally reknowned and immensly talented wildlife artist. A Kentucky resident for a large part of his life, Mr. Harm has a deep appreciation for the environment and is a committed conservationist.  Mr. Harm was the also the co-founder of the limited edition print, along with Mr. Hannah Wood of Louisville, Kentucky in 1962. Kentucky is truly blessed to have such a great man call Kentucky his home. ABOUT THE PEREGRINE FALCON & THE PRINT The Peregrine Falcon is a visitor to Kentucky during migration. You might imagine the Peregrine Falcon flying high above the Rockcastle, having stopped to take a rest on his long flight to his winter home. The Peregrine Falcon was once a resident of the I-66 Corridor, but became an endangered species. Although no longer considered endangered, the numbers of these beautiful birds are nowhere near what they once were. ABOUT THE PRINT The print is available either beautifully framed as shown above, or unframed - benefactor's choice. The frame is a deep, rich walnut finish, matted in black with grey. Please specify whether you prefer framed or unframed. ABOUT THE DONATION The generous recipient will receive a Ray Harm Peregrine Falcon print (either framed or unframed--benefactor's choice). It will be shipped to the lucky recipient via Priority Mail at our expense.
