What happened to the tank train?
Inspired by the Southern Pacific I rode a tank train on my layout. As you know: running trains involves the risk of accidents. If it's true for real trains, z scale trains make no exeption to this. I took pictures of real accidents who happened on my layout, but fortunately there were also many hours of running trains without having any accidents!
As you may see, this layout was not much finished,  there was only a corkbed under the rails. I had to dismantle the simple layout as we had to move.
