This home was designed by me, for the purpose of defining what features in a home will work for my family. In particular:
· Very Convenient Laundry (Note the laundry drop in both second floor bathrooms) · Plenty of closet space · A place specifically to deal with MAIL! (Sort bills, junk mail) · Room for LOTS of bookshelves for LOTS of books · Really BIG garage (my husbands wish) that is separated from the rest of the house (Garage is smoking section, rest of house is Non-Smoking) Also, garage has it’s own half bath. · Home is designed for ease of doing chores. · My daughter insisted that I include the balcony (I guess to make it easier for her to elope one day…)
