It has taken me while to update this page... because it is still just a bit too hard......  Kimba was my best friend... there is nothing else I can say about him.... He was the best dog..... He taught me so much about dogs and life....... We went thru so many different stages in life (Marriage, Divorce, Children, Death)... and always he was right there beside me... R.I.P. my little man - my thoughts are always with you.......  I'll see you at the gates mate....  Where I know you will be waiting for me....

This photo of Kimba was taken 1 week before his 15th birthday.... I could easily write a book about this great dog.  He is my first dog, and we have been thru so many things together.... He has taught me how to be patient.. I recall one day training him for UD... (he had to pick a metal article from the ground and bring it to me) in true form he decided if I wanted it so badly I could just come and get it....so after many minutes of 'gentle' persasion I gave up ... packed my bags and proceeded to head for the car leaving him standing there with the article in his mouth.... around about the same time it began to rain... Kimba hating to get his feet week...... politely brought the article to me.... sat directly in front of me looking at me with eyes that said "is this what you wanted".. and never again refused that exercise..... and thats how life was with this wonderful little dog..... It just happened.....

Old timers of Southern Obedience Dog Club Kimba  -  Dillon  - Majic

Kimba sired three litters in his life and I have lost track of all his prodgeny.... If anyone can help me to track them down I would love to hear from you...
