This is one person's opinion on how to best prepare for I/O grad school, assuming you know it's what you want early on.

Research Get to know profs. -Avoid TA classes -Attend office hours Join a lab -I/O preferred -Letters of rec. as reward? -Future poster submission? Attend conference Join SIOP Honors program? Study GRE Aim for straight A's! Submit to SIOP Develop research interests Decide on schools

Classes Intro to Psy Required classes ANY stats classes, especially: - Regression - Survey design I/O relevant classes - Social Psych - Health Psych - Learning - Management Grad level psych - GET ALL A'S!
