Kimberly's Day Care
* reviewed the display page that showed the
life cycle of a caterpillar
* heard a poem called "If I were a Caterpillar"
* Gracie Grapes puppet visited and she and
"Miss Kimberly" showed us how to make
butterflies with our hands by locking our
thumbs and wiggling our fingers
* made butterflies out of coffee filters
and clothes pins
* pretended to fly like a butterfly while some
soft music was playing
* tried on some pretend butterfly wings
* used a blanket and pretended to be a
caterpillar coming out of a cocoon and
turning into a butterfly
* did Calendar Time and Weather Bear
