Kimberly's Day Care
Today at Kimberly's Day Care we:
* used our “Dalmatian Number Display”
~ counted puppies, there were 9
* sang a song “Can You Count?” (tune: “Did
You Ever See a Lassie?”)
* looked at the printed word nine compared
to the number of nine items
* Caleb Corn puppet visited and counted
to 9 while we hopped up like corn
popping 9 times
* built towers with 9 blocks
* threw 9 balls through a Hula hoop
* brought home Family Note # 3
* made a ticket booth and colored and
counted 9 tickets for the booth
* worked with our Circus Math Manipulative
found one tent, two acrobats, three jugglers,
and three clowns that makes 9 circus performers
* did Calendar Time and Weather Bear
