* learned about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
* looked at a display of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
* looked at the printed word star compared to the
star shape
* matched star-shaped items on a color page
* Barry Blueberry puppet visited he had a star on him
* danced around a large poster board star
* looked for stars in our “Caillou’s Castle” book
* worked on our "Shoes Math Manipulative"
matched the correct number of shoes to
a printed card with that number on it
* did Calendar Time and Weather Bear
