Kimberly's Day Care
Today at Kimberly's Day Care we:
* read the fairy tale “The Ugly Duckling”
with story props
* talked about our favorite part of the story
* played an egg shape sorting game
* made egg shapes out of play dough
* made ugly duckling and beautiful swan puppets
* repeated auditory patters ex. “quack, QUACK, quack”
* Barry Blueberry puppet visited
* worked on our "Shoes Math Manipulative"
said a poem called “Six Little Shoes” and
practiced taking one away and counting backward
from the number 6
* did Calendar Time and Weather Bear
* had an unannounced visit from the food program
we got perfect marks, I'm pleased to announce
