Kimberly's Day Care
Today at Kimberly's Day Care we:
*Harold Horse puppet visited and told us all about
chickens
*practiced saying, cluck, cluck, cluck” like a chicken
* listened to a song called “The Rhyming Rooster
Name Game”
* played "Follow the Hen" game (like “Follow the Leader“)
* looked at a display with a hen
* sang a song “Roosters, Hen, and Baby Chicks”
(tune: “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star”)
* colored a picture of a hen sitting on her nest
and when you lift her up there are chicks under her
* introduced our Math Manipulative for the month
sorted out the chickens and eggs
* did Calendar Time and Weather Bear
