Today we focused on our sense of taste. We read our story prop “What’s in the Kitchen?” In the story the little girl tasted pickles. Topper Toast Puppet came and brought us some pickles to taste. Some of us liked it some of us didn’t. We sang a song today called “I Love Pickles”, it was funny. We made a picture with pickle jars. We used our thumb and stamped the number that was printed on the jar with our thumb prints to look like pickles. We worked with our Kitchen Math Manipulative, we counted out 4 bowls, 4 spoons, and 4 pans. We laced a brown square. We did Calendar Time and Weather Bear.
