Kimberly's Day Care
Today we started are new unit for November. We met our new puppet his name is, Topper Toast Puppet. We sang a song about Topper Toast. We talked about how toast is made from bread. We ate some toast for our snack. We said a counting rhyme called Down Goes the Toast. We pretended to be toast in a toaster. We counted to four then popped up. The children loved it! We made pretend toast for our dolls and teddy bears. We used a play toaster and plastic bread. We made a Topper Toast puppet. We danced to a song called “I like to Eat My Toast”. We read a book called, Giving Thanks”. Your child should be bringing home Parent Note # 1. We put new calendar pieces on our November Calendar they are cornucopias filled with vegetables. We did Weather Bear.
