Kimberly's Day Care
Today we read our Caillou book, “Caillou Waits for Dinner”. In the book Caillou had to wait for his dinner. Caillou’s Mommy told Caillou about healthy foods and unhealthy foods. Topper Toast Puppet came and asked us what we remembered from yesterday about being patient. He asked us questions about the book and about what foods we thought were healthy and unhealthy. We played with blocks and made tables for stuffed animals. We sat the animals at the table we made and they had to be patient while we made pretend food for them at the play kitchen. We made our animals healthy foods. We talked about what things we like to eat for dinner (chicken nuggets was the most popular). We did a food matching page and glued the matches together on a piece of paper. We did Calendar Time and Weather Bear.
