Kimberly's Day Care

Today we talked about nests. Patty the Pumpkin Puppet told us about some dinosaurs that lived a long time ago they were "prehistoric". We saw a really neat poster and heard a poem called "Long, Long Ago." We found a nest on our poster. We learned dinosaurs used to make nests but they didn't make nests like birds do up in a tree. They made nests on the ground out of sticks and stones and mud. We sang a song called, "What Goes in a Nest?" (to the tune of "The Farmer In the Dell"). We read a book called "Dinosaur Babies". We did and Calendar Time and Weather Bear.
