October 19 ~ Tuesday
Today we talked about “Tyrannosaurus Rex”. We talked about what dinosaurs liked to eat when they were hungry. Patty the Pumpkin helped us sing a song called, “Tyrannosaurus Rex” (to the tune of “If your Happy and You Know It”). We looked at our Prehistoric Story Poster and found a picture of the Tyrannosaurus. We made a really fun T-Rex hat. We used our Firefighter Math Manipulative and practiced counting out three firefighters. We said a really fun poem called “Three Firefighters”. We did Calendar Time and Weather Bear, we had to put a winter coat on our Weather Bear ~ wow, it’s getting cold.
