Today we looked at our Raccoon Color Display. Today the raccoon had orange paint on his paws. We sang a song called “The Raccoon Is Painting” (to the tune of “She’ll Be Coming Around the Mountain”.) We looked for the color orange in our book Caillou’s Dinosaur Day.” Patty the Pumpkin puppet visited us and guess what, she’s orange, too. We glued pieces of orange tissue paper onto a picture of a raccoon on a pumpkin. The raccoon was wearing an orange hat. We used our Firefighter Math Manipulative and found the firefighters that are wearing orange. We did and Calendar Time and Weather Bear.
