Kimberly's Day Care
* today’s focus was: “stop signs”
* also today’s focus was on opposites stop/go
* colored a picture of stop sign, glued it to a
paper plate and glued a craft stick to it to
make a stop sign
* sang a song called “Stop Sign”
(tune: Row, Row, Row Your Boat”)
* played a stop and go game, we danced then
when Kimberly held a stop sign we stopped
dancing
* played with toy cars and toy stop signs,
we made roads out of blocks and made the
cars stop when they got to the stop signs
* the “Muffin Man” puppet visited
he talked about how stop signs help keep
drivers safe
* did Calendar Time and Weather Bear
