Today at Kimberly's Day Care we: * today’s focus was: “number one” * looked at a number display with a little girl holding up one finger * focused on the quantity of one and looked at the written word one * put one happy face on a piece of paper and then decorated around it * “The Muffin Man” puppet visited * used a muffin tin and put 1 block inside each section * practiced standing on one foot * introduced our “Friends Math Manipulative” for the month. We gave each child on the page one cracker and one muffin. * did Calendar Time and Weather Bear |
